Why did you become a Physio?
I decided to become a physiotherapist because of my desire to help alleviate pain and empower individuals in achieving their goals. Witnessing the transformative impact of physical therapy on people's lives motivated me to embark on this journey. I personally have a special interest in basketball and soccer which I have many years experience playing. The combination of my passion, a results-orientated mindset and personal affinity for sports has enabled me to make a tangible difference in relieving pain and achieving athletic performance.
What do you love about being a Physio?
The main reason why I love being a physiotherapist is the gratification from guiding an individual on a journey to recovery and often exceeding their expectation from themselves. Ultimately, being a physiotherapist aligns with my innate drive to make a positive change in people's lives, and this sense of purpose fuels my love for this great profession. I love treating everyday people with everyday muscular concerns. I have special interests in shoulders.
