I went to the clinic to address my neck pain. Dr. Zaiyan Safiq, identified the root cause of pain and gave me exercises and the next day the pain was gone completely. Activ Therapy is really good.
Thanks to Pat for his amazing service and fitting me in so easily. Woke up with a creek in my neck that grew worse through out the day. Pat was able to fit me in that day and did some great work to relieve the pain. Was almost back to normal by the next day, which is unheard of for me. These things usually take me over a week to recover from.

I was referred by a friend. So I had to try them out. I was booked in to see Mitch. He was such a friendly guy. Mitch took the time to explained clearly and easy to understand of what I need to do to help my pain conditions (back+knees+legs pain) He did some strength stretches. (As other places I've been too, they just do a quick assessment and just crack my back) If you want proper assessment of your condition, I highly recommend booking into them. (Ps. The receptionist was so friendly aswell :D )

I used to go to massage for my back pain..thought physio was just for exercises. I went to this practice and the senior physiotherapist released my muscles (not sure the medical term) and that helped me so much relieve my chronic lower back pain. Definitely recommend!

I found the physiotherapist to be very attentive, interactive and they asked thorough questions to I find out more about where the problem came from and addressed ways to alleviate it, the first session very helpful and I gained insight where exactly in the back the problem was in the muscle area also

My 15 year old daughter experienced knee pain associated with her intensive squad training. Booked her in to see Olga, and she has been nothing short of amazing! Very professional and caring while building a wonderful rapport with my daughter to help her learn new exercises that will aid in building her strength and resilience in her sport. I highly recommend Olga, she is a wonderful Physio and I tip my hat off to Activ Therapy for their friendly and professional services.

I had the intent of seeing a physio therapist for the longest time, but never got around to it. After a small issue caused a more serious injury, I booked in with Kendrick. The initial session was everything I needed it to be. Kendrick was personable, professional, and attentive. He took the time and care to understand my history which has left me confident and eager to work with him to address my issues. Highly recommend!

He has MAGIC hands; God bless him and his family. I have been attending the practice for years. I am going through an ungodly hard time with a work conflict; he supports me through highs and lows. I give him a hard time in a good way, yet he is patient and cheeky. He also takes the time to explain medical pains and terms. I highly recommend Joubert at Activ Therapy Winston Hills. He did an excellent job helping me restore my shoulder and neck. I was struggling with pain, but his treatment, combined with the home exercises he provided, has completely alleviated it. I’ve also regained strength and mobility in the process. I went to Activ Therapy for my appointment on Tuesday as suggested by my GP and met with Richard Kim to consult on the issue. He was quite informative and professional in his work and so far most of his suggestions have been working out. The clinic is clean and tidy and booking is pretty easy as well. My partner recommended me to see Joubert at activ physio- Winston Hills when I had hip discomfort. Over the past year his been able to help me with my hip, lower back, neck and ankle diagnosis. I experienced immediate pain relief from my sciatica after my session with Mr. Safiq. He quickly identified the problem, initiated therapy, and provided me with simple exercises to support my recovery.

Went for a lower back pain and on my first visit I was able to walk without pain and following the exercise program given to me, I only need to go back once more. I have been doing the exercises every morning and I feel good. I will definitely use them again and can definitely recommend them

I have been going to Activ Therapy for the last 3 years for physiotherapy and massage. The clinic is easy to access, clean and tidy. Booking online was always easy. For physio, I see Richard. He is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He helped me relieve tightness on my shins and provided exercises for me to do to ensure I don't get them as often anymore. For massage, I see Michael. He is also friendly and knowledgeable in what he does. His techniques are good for a relaxing massage and always strives to improve by asking feedback from you. I am currently seeing Joubert for chronic hip pain that has significantly impaired my mobility. After one session, I have already seen an improvement in my squats at the gym. After consulting with a variety of physiotherapists, one thing that is often neglected is the explanation of why certain injuries occur; Joubert is able to identify the cause of my physical impairments, then also takes the time to explain anatomically and in layman's terms so that patients can have a better understanding of their condition. His treatment plans are also tailored to my schedule and address my concerns directly. Highly recommend him to all.

I saw Joubert for a period of time for a back injury I had sustained. Not only was I in pain but I had a lot of fear around my mobility returning 100% as I’m quite young and was very active pre injury. Joubert took the time to explain my injury, the rate of expected healing at every stage and what to look out for. He researched my injury in depth and would discuss his findings and what had been found to be best practice in treatment and healing times, as well as talking me through my anxieties at every stage.
