Kendrick is a big sports fan and understands the importance of correct technique and its role in preventing injuries. From his experiences in playing soccer and tennis, Kendrick understands the frustration of having to take time out of the game due to injury and is keen on helping anyone with a sporting injury whether you are a weekend warrior to competitive athlete.
Kendrick also enjoys treating injuries and pain that can affect anyone in their daily activities (such as back pain, neck pain and headaches) and aims to help anyone reduce their symptoms, get back to their daily activities pain-free while preventing future occurrences.
From a thorough assessment Kendrick will identify the causes of pain and the contributing biomechanical factors to reduce the symptoms. Kendrick offers hands on treatment and also believes in an evidence-based exercise approach to help patients self-manage and prevent reoccurrences of injuries for better long-term health.
