- First Time Chiropractic Appointment
  Select this if you are new to Activ Therapy and booking your first consultation with one of our experienced Chiropractors.
  
  At this appointment, one of our practitioners will assess your condition and provide a provisional diagnosis. You will also receive hands-on treatment (where necessary) to get you immediate relief from your symptoms.
  
  Individualised corrective exercises may also be provided at this first session to perform at home to speed up your recovery.
  
  Our chiropractors specialise in diagnosing and treating conditions involving the spine and the spinal nerves.
  
  Common conditions treated include
  - lower back pain
  - Scoliosis and spinal curvature
  - Sciatica and other nerve radiculopathies
  - wry neck
  - headaches
  - Jaw pain
  - Upper back postural pain
  - Sacral (tailbone) pain.

  We accept all private health funds and offer on-the-spot claiming via HICAPS. We are SIRA-approved to offer services under CTP insurance and Workers Compensation.

- Follow Up Chiropractic Appointment
  For existing chiropractic patients at Activ Therapy.
  
  If you are new to Activ Therapy or if this is a new injury, please select "First Time Chiropractic Appointment" so that we can ensure you receive a full assessment and treatment plan.
  
  At this follow up appointment, you will receive the latest hands-on treatment techniques and corrective exercises specific to your condition and your goals. Your practitioner will recommend a comprehensive treatment plan in order to facilitate your recovery in the shortest time possible.

- Massage Initial Consultation (30mins)
  30 minute massage for new patients to Activ Therapy. Includes a brief initial assessment and professional massage by a qualified massage therapist. Techniques include: remedial, sports, swedish, pregnancy, deep tissue.
- Massage Initial Consultation (60mins)
  60 minute massage for new patients to Activ Therapy. Includes a brief initial assessment and professional massage by a qualified massage therapist. Techniques include: remedial, sports, swedish, pregnancy, deep tissue.
- Massage Standard Consultation (30mins)
  30 minute professional massage by a qualified massage therapist. Techniques include: remedial, sports, swedish, pregnancy, deep tissue.
- Massage Standard Consultation (60mins)
  60 minute professional massage by a qualified massage therapist. Techniques include: remedial, sports, swedish, pregnancy, deep tissue.
- First Time Physiotherapy Appointment
  Select this if you are new to Activ Therapy and booking your first consultation with one of our experienced Physiotherapists.
  
  At your appointment, one of our practitioners will assess your condition and provide a provisional diagnosis. You will also receive hands-on treatment (where necessary) to get you immediate relief from your symptoms.

  Our physiotherapists diagnose and treat all conditions involving the muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, bones and nerves.

- NDIS - First Time Physiotherapy Appointment
  Please select this if you are new to Activ Therapy and booking your first consultation with one of our Physiotherapists under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  
  At this appointment, one of our practitioners will conduct an assessment, review your goals and work with you to complete a service agreement that best suits your needs. Treatment will also be provided at this first session.
  
  Physiotherapists under the NDIS can provide a range of treatments to help manage and alleviate symptoms associated with a range of conditions.
  
  Our treatment can include:
  - Manual therapy and massage techniques
  - Therapy to improve joint mobility and flexiblity
  - Gait retraining
  - Balance training
  - Strengthening exercises
  - Stretching and range of movement exercises
  - Stability and Core strengthening
  and more.
  
  We treat patients with a range of conditions including those with cerebral palsy, stroke, acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, autism, spinal cord injury, and neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, MS and motor neurone disease (MND).
  
  Our Physiotherapists are also able to provide comprehensive report writing as part of each plan to provide support with ongoing approval of funding.
  
  All of our therapists are fully accredited under the NDIS, vaccinated and have their required registrations and checks. Activ Therapy has been providing services under the NDIS since 2017 and is fully NDIS compliant and audited.
  We provide services to participants who are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed.
