Every day we are surrounded by different stresses to our body. It could be emotional, physical or environmental. All of these can have an impact on our body's ability to function at its best. How?
By impacting our immune system
Contributing to degeneration
Affecting your circulation
Increasing your risk to injury
Affecting the balance of hormones in your body.
Eventually these will build up and take its toll, most of the time without us even realising it!!!
When we do notice it is when the pain has kicked in. This is often the end of a long process and not the start. Many therapists might treat this pain (usually very successfully) and with treatment the pain will go away or at least settle down. But why did the pain start in the first place? The underlying problem hasn't been addressed. In time it will come back again. Have you wondered why once you have hurt your back that it keeps happening? Why you feel you are always getting sick? Or maybe just tired all the time?
The answer is in the day to day things that we do, feel and are exposed to.
