Growing up, I was always that kid who loved sports, running around, and trying every physical activity possible. Whether it was volleyball, swimming, or just playing in the backyard, I was constantly moving. When i get injured and struggle to get back to these activities, I became curious about how the body heals and recovers. Physiotherapy seemed like the perfect way to combine my love of movement with helping people. I wanted a job where I could make a real difference - not just treating an injury, but helping someone return to the activities they love. The idea of using my hands, understanding how muscles and joints work, and supporting people through their recovery became my passion.
I absolutely love being a physiotherapist because it feels like having a real-life superpower! I get to help people do the activities they love again. Whether it's a soccer player wanting to return to the field, a grandparent hoping to play with their grandkids, or someone just wanting to walk without pain, I can help them get there. I love the magic that happens through hands-on treatment and carefully designed exercises. I assess how someone moves, figure out what's causing their problem, and then create a plan to get them back to doing what they love. My special interests in Physiotherapy include: - Musculoseletal - Neurological - Orthopaedics - Sports - Men's Health
