What do we help with?
We work with active people that have pain during training. This includes injuries such as a back strain with deadlifting or sudden knee pain while squatting but we also work with diagnosing and fixing those niggling problems that come up during training. Shoulder pain when bench pressing or shoulder pressing, pain around the knee cap when lunging, pain at the back of the shoulder blade or neck when doing rows or persisting lower back pain on "leg" days are things we see and treat every day.
How can we help?
At your first session we will do an assessment to not only diagnose the injured structure giving you pain but also look at your movement and form to identify the imbalances in your body that might be leading to pain. Some common examples are:
