More than a personal trainer
We are much more than an ordinary personal trainer at the gym. Exercise physiologists are university qualified and are all registered under ESSA, the national body for exercise therapists. We take pride in having extensive knowledge about the human body and the benefits that exercise can provide, mentally, emotionally and physically.

The Activ 4 Life Group Exercise classes is supervised entirely by registered exercise physiologists. The program has been designed specifically for those who are unsure or lack confidence in how to improve their fitness and health.
The program has been tailored towards those with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, cardiac conditions, osteopeorosis and arthritis and we can communicate with your doctor to ensure that we consider your specific health situation.
The program is covered under most private health insurances and you eligible patients may also be able to participate under medicare.
Have you been injured at work or been in a car accident? If you are on the road to recovery following an injury at work or a motor vehicle accident many patients need intensive strengthening and conditioning including hydrotherapy and gym based programs. Our therapists have over 10 years experience in conducting these and have the tools to help. We travel to locations convenient to you. Contact us with your details and we will organise the rest.
Our rehabilitation partners, FIT rehab are able to organise an assessment and recommend a service a range of programs to suit your needs. They will communicate directly with the insurance company and your treating doctor to seek approval.
At Activ Therapy we believe that you will get the best results with a team of professionals working together. Our exercise physiologists, chiropractors and physiotherapists have combined our knowledge to give you the best treatment and focus on lasting change. Our exercise therapists are registered under the NDIS, national disability insurance scheme and can provide treatment for those with approved funding under these plans.
